Dan Mohan of DMG Teaches at National Association of Trial Counsel's Trial College

Dan Mohan, Partner at Daley Mohan Groble, recently was an instructor at NARTC's Trial College. The College provides hands-on experience in all aspects of a trial, from jury selection to closing arguments. Dan has been a key contributor to the Trial College, having been involved since the inception six years ago. He has been a lecturer, team leader, and acted as an advocate in mock jury presentations and deliberations. "I believe it's important for our younger attorneys to get practical experience and improve their skills before they are in front of a jury on their own," Dan commented. "In addition, I find the experience keeps my skills fresh as I always see a new perspective from the sessions."

The Trial College is a rigorous six-day program that includes lectures, faculty demonstrations, and hands on experience in a courtroom setting.

Dan is a founding Partner of DMG and has over 30 years trial experience, with a recent not-guilty verdict against a plaintiff's request for $2.6mm in damages. In his practice, Dan represents railroads, real estate companies, manufacturers and other businesses in civil litigation in federal and state courts on both a regional and national level.
