Tyler handles litigation including FELA, commercial litigation, professional malpractice, insurance coverage and appellate/post judgment litigation for a wide range of clients from railroads and heavy manufacturers to privately held LLC's and individuals.
Tyler has extensive litigation experience, having spent over 7 years with the Illinois Attorney General’s office where he tried numerous cases, negotiated settlements, and supervised the Civil Prosecutions Unit. In addition to his experience at the AG’s office, Tyler was also an Administrative Law Judge with the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services, where he presided over a wide range of administrative hearings, as well as trained and supervised Administrative Law Judges.
