Laura is a trial attorney that represents her corporate clients in FELA, personal injury, professional liability, labor and employment litigation. Laura actively litigates cases in State and Federal Courts in Illinois and Wisconsin, where she represents her corporate clients in defending against FELA and personal injury, as well as in contract disputes ranging from compensation issues to non-compete agreements to trade secrets. Her expertise includes advising employers on compliance with state and federal law involving wage and hour issues, leaves of absences and non-discrimination. Laura has significant experience understanding complex medical issues through representing her clients in FELA and personal injury matters.
Prior to joining Daley Mohan Groble, Laura represented insured and self-insured defendants including doctors, hospitals and other medical providers in Medical Liability and Employment Law. Laura defended her clients in cases involving emergency room care, various types of cancer, orthopedic surgery and psychiatric treatment. Laura graduated from the Marquette University School of Law, where she won the Best Brief in a Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition.
